1. Introduction

Welcome to NeuroBrain.AI, a platform dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their goals through tailored tutorials that integrate Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Subscription and Payment

For Personal Use:

  • Monthly Subscription: $6.99/month
  • Yearly Subscription: $69/year (Save 2 months)
  • 24-hour Free Trial: $0.00 (New users get full access for free)

For Businesses, Institutions, Families, and Communities:

Monthly Subscription
  • $24.99 – 1 Primary User + Up to 5 Members ($24.99 ÷ 6 = $4.17 per member)
  • $49.99 – 1 Primary User + Up to 15 Members ($49.99 ÷ 16 = $3.12 per member)
Yearly Subscription
  • $199 – 1 Primary User + Up to 5 Members ($199 ÷ 6 = $33.17 per member)
  • $399 – 1 Primary User + Up to 15 Members ($399 ÷ 16 = $24.94 per member)

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your paid membership, you can request a full refund. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to paid features will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize NeurbBrain.ai to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

Special memberships

We offer three types of initial memberships based on your expertise and the value you contribute to the community:

  • BrainTrust-3M – 3 months
  • BrainTrust-6M – 6 months
  • BrainTrust-12M – 12 months

Your membership duration may be adjusted based on your contributions, engagement, and impact within the community.

Verification and Trial Period

The verification process may take up to 72 hours. During this time, you will receive a 3-day free trial while we verify your documents. You will have unlimited access to explore the platform. If your documents are not approved within this period, your trial access will expire.

Membership Responsibilities

By joining, you agree to:

  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to community guidelines.
  • Follow ethical standards when sharing knowledge and interacting with members.

Optional Participation:
While not required, we encourage you to actively engage in discussions, share resources, or provide mentorship based on your expertise. Your contributions help strengthen the community and may influence your membership duration and benefits.

Membership Adjustments and Termination

  • Membership duration and benefits may be adjusted based on your level of engagement and contributions to the community.
  • Failure to comply with platform guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

3. Commissions

By becoming a NeuroBrain.ai member, you are automatically enrolled in our affiliate program.

This means you can earn a 20% commission on all initial payments by referring others to our platform.

Our affiliate programs is subject to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Commissions are only earned on valid and completed transactions.
    • Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes may result in commission reversals.

  2. Payment Schedule:

    • Commissions will be paid out on a Monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold of $50 is met.

  3. Tracking:

    • We use cookies to track referrals and ensure proper commission attribution.
    • Commission tracking is managed through our own affiliate program system.
    • Discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of occurrence.

  4. Taxes and Compliance:

    • Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on commissions received, as required by their local laws.

  5. Modifications and Termination:

    • The company reserves the right to modify commission rates, structures, or terms with prior notice.
    • Participation may be terminated for non-compliance with program rules or fraudulent activity.
  6. Affiliate Responsibilities
    • Affiliates are responsible for promoting our services in an ethical and lawful manner.

    • Affiliates must not make false claims, misrepresent our product, or engage in spam marketing.

    • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements.

  7. Prohibited Activities

    • Affiliates may not:

      • Use paid advertisements that compete directly with [Your Company Name].

      • Use misleading or unethical methods to generate sales.

      • Promote affiliate links on sites containing illegal or offensive content.

  8. Liability
    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

4. User Accounts

To access the services provided by NeuroBrain.AI, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

5. Use of Content

All content available on NeuroBrain.AI, including but not limited to instructions, videos, templates, prompts, and resources, is for personal and educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of the materials provided without prior written consent from NeuroBrain.AI. Some tutorials may contain affiliate links that may provide compensation to NeuroBrain.AI for purchases made through the link.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights concerning the content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on the NeuroBrain.AI website are owned by NeuroBrain.AI or its licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the platform without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroBrain.AI will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the platform or services provided, even if NeuroBrain.AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

NeuroBrain.AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties.

10. Amendments

NeuroBrain.AI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the user’s responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Panama City, Panama. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panama.
